What was the highlight of Neighbourgood Hill
It was all we were expecting and no more. Very pleasant. Staff were friendly.
The names for the rooms were a mess. I had such a hassle trying to sort it all out. There was a mis-communication between Booking.com and the Lodge. This caused much frustration for me and my guests.

Looks nice but quite average
The colourful and fun look of the property was nice, the room design was also nice. The kitchen facilities and cafe looked up to date we didn’t really use them tho. Probably not value for money
The lack of aircons was disappointing as it really was so hot in the rooms even when it wasn’t that hot outside, for the price you can’t really not have some sort of cooling, the bathroom needs to be updated compared to the rest of the place it looked and feels old and cheap. The pool we used once as it had all sorts of debris floating around it was never properly clean and was also a bit disappointed in the vibe as lots of people were quite judgy working in the common spaces if you even made one noise.

Good
Conveniently located within a 5-10 minute drive of the V&A waterfron. the hotel offered a significant advantage with its shared kitchen. This allowed for the flexibility of preparing own breakfast. :)
